Sekah Ganesha Foundation was born from a deep respect for Bali’s cultural heritage. The journey began with the rediscovery and restoration of Sekah Dalem Temple, a sacred site with a history spanning over 700 years.
Founded by Ketut Arjana and his family, the foundation seeks to preserve this cultural treasure while uplifting local communities. By assisting underprivileged families with Balinese ceremonies and championing traditional values amidst rapid modernization, the foundation ensures that Bali’s vibrant culture thrives for future generations.

Additionally, the foundation advocates for a clean, green environment through sustainable tourism practices at Keramas Sacred River. Efforts include waste separation, organic gardening, routine beach and river cleanups, and tree planting. These initiatives foster environmental stewardship within the community, especially among children and youth.
Our vision is threefold: to preserve Bali’s cultural and religious traditions, empower communities (especially marginalized groups) in hospitality and tourism, and champion environmental sustainability. Together, we aim to create a vibrant cultural legacy and a brighter, greener future for generations to come.
